Founded in November 2014 in Bible Hill, NS, Glow Spa was created with a vision: to provide an elevated skincare experience where clients could unwind in an intimate, serene space while receiving high-performance facial treatments tailored to their skin’s unique needs.

FAQ
Here you will find answers to some of the most common questions we receive.
At Glow Spa we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.
We will offer a full refund on unopened products within 7 days of purchase, upon receipt of the original product.
Skin Care products may be returned if you are dissatisfied with a product for any reason, we will exchange your product upon receipt of the original item within 14 days from the date of purchase.
All makeup and gift certificates are final sale.
Gift Certificates at Glow Spa never expire.
Gift Certificates may be purchased in increments of $25, we no longer offer or redeem Gift Certificates for specific treatments.
Periodically, Glow Spa will issue promotional Gift Certificates for events that may have expiries attached. In this case, the date of expiry will be clearly marked.
Spa Etiquette
Spa Arrival
To begin your spa experience with ease, we recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to your appointment. This allows time to check in, complete any necessary consultation forms, and unwind in our relaxing lounge before your treatment.
Please note that all treatments will conclude at the scheduled time as a courtesy to our next guest, and the full service fee will apply. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time while preserving the integrity of your treatment.
Spa Atmosphere
Glow Spa is a place of luxury and relaxation. To maintain this ambiance for all guests, we kindly request:
Cell phones to be placed on silent
Refrain from phone conversations
Use soft voices throughout the spa
For safety reasons and to maintain a serene environment, we do not permit children in the spa.We welcome guests under16 for select treatments, though certain services may require clients to be 18 or older.
Appointment Bookings
To ensure availability, we recommend scheduling appointments 2-4 weeks in advance, especially for evening bookings.
A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment. Unfortunately, we are unable to hold reservations without one.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Last-minute cancellations or missed appointments impact our estheticians and other guests who may have wanted that time.
Single-service appointments require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Multiple-service appointments require 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made within these time frames will incur a 100% charge of the reserved service fee.
No-shows will also be charged 100% of the reserved service fee.
If you arrive late, your service time will be adjusted accordingly, and the full treatment fee will still apply.
